Card of the Day - 07/12/16

I've decided that I should make my lunch breaks more productive and try and make a short post, and in that vein I am going to hit the random button on magiccards.info until I find one I have actually played with and write a quick blurb about it.

Today's card is Acidic Slime, one of my favourite utility creatures for any green deck. I tend to slam one into any EDH deck running green.

In most cases a 2/2 body for 3GG is nothing at all worth writing home about, but it destroys artifacts, enchantments and lands - as opposed to just artifacts and enchantments, which most equivalent cards like Indrik Stomphowler are restricted to - and it has deathtouch as an added upshot just to twist in the knife.
